These terms cover your use of the Creomatrix website and the services we offer. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Using this website

You're welcome to read, share and link to our content. The site, its design, code and writing belong to Creomatrix; please don't republish them as your own. We provide the site "as is" and do our best to keep information (including pricing) accurate and up to date, but it may change.

Quotes & 3D printing orders

Prices shown are a guide. Your final quote is generated from the actual geometry of your file and confirmed by us before anything is printed — no work begins, and no payment is due, until you approve that quote. You're responsible for having the right to print the files you send us. We may decline jobs that are unsafe, illegal, or infringe someone else's rights.

Turnaround & delivery

Stated turnaround times (e.g. standard or rush) are targets measured from a confirmed order, not guarantees, and can be affected by file complexity, material availability or delivery partners. We'll always keep you informed if something changes.

Software & studio work

Software and product engagements are scoped individually. The specific deliverables, timeline, ownership and payment terms for that work are set out in the agreement we share for the project, which takes precedence over these general terms.

Your files & content

You keep ownership of the files and designs you send us. We use them only to quote and complete your job. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Liability

We take real care with every job, but to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
